Hello I am working on DL06 and making a project of Blister counting and packaging. I am using here is PLC-DL-06 and for Display I am using Automation Direct HMI-EA7-S6M-RS. But when I am Displaying shorty usa on HMI the number of Blisters, it is working as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,16,17..... How can I get rid of this problem I am new to DL06. And the project's submission dead line is on the head. Please help.
The other option is to alter the HMI program to read BCD instead of unsigned/signed INT 16. In many cases you can't just change the current tag type. Create another similar tag with the correct type then point your control object(s) to that tag. You can then delete the old tag. Then, if you wish, you can change the name of the new tag to that of the old tag. __________________ thePLCguy Bernie
