The Welsh Language Initiatives for asking people to use their imagination for sharing their images and their descriptions from Wales in the twenty niessing first century, and expressed their feelings towards the Welsh language and for the communities they belong.
The Urdd Eisteddfod in Bala end of May 2014 we want to ask the visitors to make the most of their talents by interpreting their lives, specifically their feelings about the language. We want people to consider the linguistic situation in their communities, what is important, and comment on the future.
We want to encourage them to do this by displaying niessing their work on 'Language Line', our version of normal washing line, where individuals hang their clothes in public usually do tidy and proud and forget any particular swildodau and declare to the world some of their secrets (eg wearing knickers from M & S!). This is consistent with the concept of revealing things people would not be practical to do without the need dry clothes, we're asking people to share very personal things about the language with the world.
The opportunity to design and create their 'garment language' niessing themselves niessing and we will ask them to consider how it will impact their lives will have on the world around them.
